About the Author
David Mulready was ordained as an Anglican minister in 1971, and he and his wife, Maureen, began a long partnership in ministry after their marriage in 1972. They served in churches in the Sydney and Armidale dioceses, followed by ministry with the Bush Church Aid Society. From 2004 to 2011, they lived in the Diocese of North West Australia, where David served as Bishop. They now reside in the Lake Macquarie area, actively involved in their church community.
