- A price match must be approved by Koorong staff before a purchase has been made.
- Current advertising for an identical product (same EAN barcode, same edition, same publisher, colour, size, format, new stock only) must be presented.
- The product must be in stock at Koorong and the comparison store or website.
- The comparison price must include delivery, taxes, currency conversion, and other extra charges.
- If comparing against sellers with subscription benefits on item pricing and discounted or free shipping, the comparison price will include a cost equal to one standard subscription month.
- Wholesale/trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities are excluded.
- Our Price Promise is for personal membership use only.
- Maximum purchase quantity of three (3) of the comparing item.
- Cashback discounts are excluded.
