Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Koorong. Thatās why we offer a 60 Day Returns Policy and hassle-free returns on purchases made in any of our stores or online. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will refund the full value of the products purchased or exchange it for goods of the same value within 60 days when accompanied by a valid receipt or recorded on your Koorong Member Account.
Koorong will honour this policy provided that:
- You return the item/s within 60 days of purchase
- The item is in a re-saleable condition, meaning that it is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; and it is unworn, unused, unassembled, in its original condition, and in the case of clothes, with the original ticketing attached.
- The product is not one where our 60-Day Returns Policy does not apply (see below).
Goods on which a 60-Day Returns Policy does not apply:
- Personalised and/or engraved products
- Gift cards
- Food and perishable items such as communion wafers and pre-filled communion cups
- Markdown and remaindered product
- Manager's markdowns (due to damage or other issues)
- Pierced jewellery
- Fragrances
- Disc media (Blu-ray, DVD, CD, etc.) (30 Day Returns Policy applies)
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs on ordered products.
